VPS admin 4d04a4a65a docs: expand scope to local retail alongside services 
- Strategy §1a: brick-and-mortar services + local retail in scope
- Pure online e-com remains out (Shopify lane)
- ICP, NORTH_STAR, README, product docs aligned
- Add UC-03 general store (toothbrush / chicken strips case)

VPS admin 3f9c86f823 docs: Phase A repo structure — archive, product, kebab-case 
- Move copilot history and CSV to docs/archive/
- Add docs/product/ (SSP, intermediate, genre packs) and engineering/adrs/
- Rename all spaced/special-char doc paths to kebab-case
- Nest competitive GTM under docs/gtm/competitive/
- Point README and NORTH_STAR at CANONICAL_STRATEGY
- Leave code/ unchanged for later monorepo Phase B

Ty e930ff2576 fix: verify all citations and add real URLs 
- Replaced citation table with live URLs for all 13 cited sources
- Removed orphan citations [8] and [13] (never referenced in body)
- Renamed 'Citation Table' to 'References'

- Marked 9 AI-fabricated citations with warnings
- Added note: claims should be verified before investor use

Ty 6c09d6c311 refactor: remove cross-document redundancies 
- Delete docs/gtm/Market Data & Analysis.md (exact duplicate of investors copy)
- Add source references to Partner One-Pager and Sales playbook
  pointing to canonical Market Data & Competitive Intelligence files
- Mark early-thinking/ files as historical/superseded with mapping table
- Remove deleted file from GTM section README inventory

Ty 3bd59b6d2b fix: map README links to actual filenames and update section READMEs 
- Fix all broken links in root README (partner-channel-strategy → Ideal Customer Profile, etc.)
- Add code/ directory to repo structure tree
- Update status table: Legal ✅, MCP Server ✅ MVP
- Rewrite section READMEs with actual file inventories:
  docs/engineering/, docs/gtm/, docs/investors/, docs/legal/
