Goals: polish M3 + #99 tape-line, human-driven taxonomy review (thumb-first UI, Call 1 deferred), Call 2 inference refinement, real SLAB-UAT-* Woo draft exit. Tasks: 9-task / 5-phase breakdown with detail bar (skills, starting point, verification, sequence, stop condition, evidence boundary per task). Kickoff decisions folded in: full polish wave (#91-#100 minus #96), tape-line confined to calibration step, single-slab multi-photo exit walk.
