File naming:

• Grok → Leonard: YYYY-MM-DD-grok-to-leonard-[topic].md
• Leonard → Grok: YYYY-MM-DD-leonard-to-grok-[topic].md

Process:

• When Grok sends something, user tells Leonard the filename.
• When Leonard sends something, user pastes it to Grok.
• No constant polling (token burn). Check inbox when notified.
