# Grok-Leonard Communication Protocol - 2026-06-21

**Goal**: Direct, low-friction bidirectional communication.

**File naming**:
- Grok → Leonard: YYYY-MM-DD-grok-to-leonard-[topic].md
- Leonard → Grok: YYYY-MM-DD-leonard-to-grok-[topic].md

**Process**:
- When Grok sends something, user tells Leonard the filename.
- When Leonard sends something, user pastes it to Grok.
- No constant polling (token burn). Check inbox when notified.
