+# Grok-Leonard Communication Protocol - 2026-06-21
+
+**Goal**: Direct, low-friction bidirectional communication.
+
+**File naming**:
+- Grok → Leonard: YYYY-MM-DD-grok-to-leonard-[topic].md
+- Leonard → Grok: YYYY-MM-DD-leonard-to-grok-[topic].md
+
+**Process**:
+- When Grok sends something, user tells Leonard the filename.
+- When Leonard sends something, user pastes it to Grok.
+- No constant polling (token burn). Check inbox when notified.
+
+Current task: Fix web search with free SearXNG (see fix-web-search.md).
