Hermes ↔ Grok Bot operator manual

Start here: FLEET-MANUAL.md (v3.0 contract).

Agents pass jobs. They do not chat. Wiring (Tailscale, SSH relay, :8642) is infra and lives in MANUAL.md if you need to rebuild a box.

Hard rules

• Jobs in Tony_tech/personal-agent-os → memory-systems/agent-os/04_projects/<project>/jobs/
• CoS owns job state. Workers only add event files.
• No Funnel. No public bind on :8642.
• Never commit keys or vault tokens.
• Grok may read Hermes memory plugins. Grok may not write them.
• Human does every login and every Save / Send / publish / spend.
