grokbot_ty 22599c924f docs(m3): expand Create SoT for submission-ready exit

Reorganize docs for humans: README map (goals / shipped / M3), PRODUCT
overview, and a specific CREATE.md that pulls Woo sync, metadata, pricing,
and inference requirements from main. Exit criteria is a slab submission-
ready for WooCommerce, proven with a SLAB-UAT-* draft. Add UAT-PRACTICE.

The previous live doc pile was removed from this branch so agents stop implementing from it.

Full prior text is on main at commit 13bfa792. That includes ARCHITECTURE, CONTENT-WOO, DATA-MODEL, DEPLOYMENT, IMPL-PLAN, OPENAPI, PROMPTS, TECH-SPEC-PIPELINE, TEST-SPEC, UAT-PRACTICE, UX, UX-DESIGN.

PRD-2026-08.txt in this folder was already archive before this branch.

Do not implement from those files.

M3 note (2026-09-16)

For Milestone 3 on branch m3-ds, do not treat docs frozen on main as scope SoT. Use docs/CREATE.md on m3-ds (conversation-locked). Archive / main files remain historical reference only.

M3 note (updated 2026-09-16)

M3 exit on m3-ds is submission-ready for WooCommerce (docs/CREATE.md). Technical requirements for Woo sync, metadata, pricing, and inference were taken from historical main docs and written into CREATE.md. Do not use main milestone splits as M3 scope.
