Acceptance (IMPL-PLAN): Client (or shared pure) tests green for TECH-SPEC vectors; validation module version hash, charset, and UTF-8 length enforced.

Test-SPEC case IDs: V-1, V-2, V-3

Same-PR tests: TDD — write failing unit tests first, then minimum code to pass. Valid/invalid boundary strings.

In scope:

SKU charset [A-Z0-9-]{3,24}: accepted; outside charset rejected
Title, short title, description: UTF-8 within WooCommerce maxLength enforced at field exit and at submit
Validation module version hash: client caches module; submit carries hash; mismatch returns 412 with fresh module, not 409

Out of scope:

Mask, length axis, pricing, server-side, inference

Done when / evidence: Unit tests green for V-1, V-2, V-3 with valid and invalid boundary strings.
