Sprint: Gate B · Order 4/10 · Depends on: #23 (seq-03)

Acceptance (IMPL-PLAN): Client pure modules implementing TECH-SPEC: 3:4 PNG / 80% fill / >=1600 guard (no upscale).

Test-SPEC case IDs: TV-6, TV-7

Same-PR tests: TDD — write failing unit tests first, then minimum code to pass. Shown output on real fixtures.

In scope:

  • 3:4 crop with slab centered, 80% fill at extremes, transparent PNG, shorter side >= 1600 when source allows
  • Undersized source warning: no upscaling, photo not publishable until retake
  • Property check: no-upscale path

Out of scope:

  • Pricing, server-side processing, inference, Woo

Done when / evidence: Unit tests green for TV-6, TV-7 with real fixture output printed in PR/commit message.
