grokbot_ty be221433ea docs(#15): mask is load-bearing; inline knobs, live re-run, U2Net deferred 
TECH-SPEC states BG removal defines the measurement footprint and silent
corruption failure mode. Four knobs stay on capture with live overlay on the
source photo. POC is client-side only; U2Net try-harder deferred, not deleted.
ARCHITECTURE swimlane and clarifications match.

UAT is POC, so #10 is in DOC COMPLETE. Capture knobs live on-screen, review

Call 1→Call 2, shared validation. U2Net Try harder deferred, not deleted.

Dev Manager 3921a9dfa2 docs(#11): WOO_BASE_URL in compose, HTTPS-only, Settings read-only 
Check in implementable deploy/docker-compose.yml, .env.example, and Caddy
fragment. Store URL is env SoT (not a settings row). Application Password
setup stays in DEPLOYMENT §5 (issue #5).

grokbot_ty 779fa7d484 docs: archive PRD, gate map in AGENTS, drop PM-DESIGN 
Move PRD to docs/archive/PRD-2026-08.txt with superseded header.
Rewrite live references. AGENTS gains Gate A/B/C table, freeze
provenance, open-doc-defects slot, and archive rank. README/TECH-SPEC
/ARCHITECTURE de-dupe. DoD green: delete PM-DESIGN-ALIGNMENT.

CONTENT-WOO: PNG media, fig-*/feat-* tags, five locked attributes,
AGENTS-cited Woo safety. DATA-MODEL/OPENAPI drop server sheet prefs
and PWA wording. ARCHITECTURE status reflects locked hybrid topology.
IMPL Phases 3-5 rewritten for hybrid (all-photos@1024, confidence 0.7,
no offline-era paths).

DEPLOYMENT is host-variable: APP_HOST/APP_HOSTNAME/ports, inventory
worksheet, corrected Caddy handle /api/* before frontend. Drop RemBG
and output_px 1000 as deploy SoT. AGENTS §9, README, IMPL host wording
match. Historical .201 lab is a non-normative callout only.

grokbot_ty 48720d83e1 docs: stop wrong-code paths (OPENAPI store-only, Gate C, TV-10) 
OPENAPI PUT stores client-sent derived fields; POST/examples return
calibrated. AGENTS + IMPL require TV-1 through TV-10. IMPL Phase 1
owns Gate C hybrid capture + Woo draft listing; Phase 2 is deferred
stub; Phase 6 is online UAT only; processing status removed. AGENTS
known-stale list matches HEAD (drop false FR4 /12 warning).

Ty 4d9f3070a7 docs: lock inference review — prompts, Call 1/2, feat tags 
Restore CONTENT-WOO, add PROMPTS.md, and align PRD/architecture/API
with inference decisions: prompt files on disk, 0.7 confidence gate,
species constrained to Woo leaves, Call 2 prose-only + templates,
feat-* tags, and inference_enabled gating.

Ty 4e97770373 docs: lock revised capture pipeline and hybrid architecture 
Rewrite PRD, tech spec, data model, and OpenAPI around the 2026-08-27
decisions: client-side mask/measure/crop, U2Net on demand, Woo as product
source of truth, draft-only local state. Architecture records topology C
through the status machine. Drop the old CONTENT-WOO spec until the
Call 2 prompt review finishes.
