b97742e6ac Completely rewrote IDEA.md based on detailed conversation. All sections now reflect the actual vision (photo-first, never guesses, sold-price pricing, eBay templates, duplicate detection, deterministic-first design, hybrid mobile+desktop workflow). State set to in progress.
