# Phoenix Salon + Spa — Online Presence Audit
*Cameron Park, CA · Audit date: Aug 14, 2026*
## Executive Summary
Ashley, we checked Phoenix Salon + Spa across the four platforms customers actually use to find and book you — Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, Bing Places, and your website. All four returned complete, consistent data: your business name, address, and phone match everywhere, and your site is live and error-free. Two issues surfaced that directly affect bookings and trust — inconsistent business hours across platforms, and a lack of recent customer reviews. Both are fixable quickly and should be resolved before they quietly cost you appointments.
## What We Checked
| Platform | Status |
|---|---|
| Google Business Profile | ✅ Complete (4.9★, 64 reviews) |
| Apple Maps | ✅ Complete (4.9★, 65 reviews) |
| Bing Places | ✅ Complete (5.0★, 65 reviews) |
| Website (phoenixcameronpark.com) | ✅ Live, no errors |
Your name, address, and phone are consistent across every platform — no fragmentation there. The two findings below are the only gaps.
## The Two Issues That Matter
### 1. Your hours don't match across platforms — *Immediate*
Google says you're open **9 AM6 PM weekdays and closed Sunday**. Apple Maps shows **10 AM6 PM every day, including Sunday**. Bing shows yet another set (e.g. 97 Thursday, 94 Saturday). A customer checking Apple on a Sunday at 11 AM thinks you're open — you're not.
**What this means for you, Ashley:** When a customer sees different hours on different apps, they don't assume the app is wrong — they assume *your business is disorganized*, or they show up to a locked door. That's a lost appointment and a dent in trust, repeated every week. Your Google Business Profile is the single source of truth, and Apple Maps and Bing Places should both be updated to match it exactly — those are the correct hours.
### 2. No fresh reviews in 115 days — *High*
Your most recent review is from **April 21, 2026**. Nothing newer.
**What this means for you, Ashley:** Reviews are the first thing a new client checks before booking. A feed that goes silent for nearly four months reads as "is this place still active?" — exactly when you're trying to convert a first-time visitor. Steady recent reviews are the cheapest trust signal you have.
## Your Two Highest-Leverage Fixes
1. **Sync your hours to Google.** Google Business Profile is the source of truth — update Apple Maps and Bing Places to match it exactly (96 weekdays, closed Sunday). Do it once in each dashboard — takes ~10 minutes and stops the wrong-hours problem permanently.
2. **Start a post-appointment review ask.** A simple text or email after each visit requesting a Google review. Even 12 new reviews a month keeps your profile looking active and trustworthy.
