Redesign track for Phoenix Salon + Spa’s website: Hallmark anti-slop structure plus Ashley’s vision as the emotional and visual filter.

Why we are doing it
Live site has real strength (Ashley, services, prices, photos) inside a Lovable/AI template shell. First prototype fixed the shell (“less slop”) but felt cool/austere vs Ashley’s warm, clean, safe, intentional spa. v2 re-centers her brain dump.
Ashley’s north star (from Gitea)
Ashley actually cares. She knows skin. She sees the whole person. Phoenix feels clean, safe, professional, warm, and intentional. I trust her.
