[ENV] After hermes update, restart long-running Hermes processes (session, gateway): a pre-update process keeps stale sys.modules, so from <module> import <name-added-by-update> fails as "cannot import name X from Y" citing a file that DOES define X. cronjob action='run' runs in the CALLING session's tree, not the gateway.
