• Boot-start Leonard, Hermes web app (127.0.0.1:8787), and cloudflared tunnel
• Start method must survive reboot AND remote / RDP session end (not Startup folder alone)
• Confirm web app still listens after the remote session that launched it is closed
• Do not open the web app on 100.64.0.1 until the above is true
