# Video Stack - Overview
|

## Goals
|
|
- Polished explainer and ad videos, with 9:16 vertical shorts as the main format (16:9 masters when needed).
|
|
- Political **Voting Guide Series** (EDC GOP) kept separate from business explainers.
|
|
- Find the best stack per purpose by scored test runs (see [[Test Scorecards]]).
|
|
|
|
## Split workflow
|
|
- **Grok Bot** designs the workflow, templates, and prompts.
|
|
- The **Hermes "explainer" profile** on TonyB (`explainer chat`) does the production work on cheap inference (`gpt-6-luna`).
|
|
- Regis (Meta Muse agent) can be given the same brief for head-to-head comparisons.
|
