Video Stack - Overview

Goals

• Polished explainer and ad videos, with 9:16 vertical shorts as the main format (16:9 masters when needed).
• Political Voting Guide Series (EDC GOP) kept separate from business explainers.
• Find the best stack per purpose by scored test runs (see Test Scorecards).

Split workflow

• Grok Bot designs the workflow, templates, and prompts.
• The Hermes "explainer" profile on TonyB (explainer chat) does the production work on cheap inference (gpt-6-luna).
• Regis (Meta Muse agent) can be given the same brief for head-to-head comparisons.

Stacks

• Business: explainer-video-stack (GeoLocal, MiArc, Pocket Change type subjects)
• Political: political-explainer-stack (templated brief/script, sourcing, "Paid for by" card)
• Older: video-stack (first version, holds the original HERMES_PROMPT)
