Vault Structure
This vault uses a PARA + Agent OS hybrid structure, documented in HOME.md. The My Brain Is Full - Crew system was integrated on 2026-09-16 alongside the existing structure.
Index Hierarchy
Only TWO indexes exist. Do not create more:
