## Learned / Decided

- **Thornhill site signed off + handed to SEO review.** Tony approved the deck site; Jimmy pushed to Gitea branch `ready-for-seo`. Leonard (VPS) doing the SEO/CMS pass on meta/OG/Schema.org/sitemap. Larry's 12 deck photos staged & approved (✅) but logo still pending (placeholder SVG). Deployment still blocked on DNS/root decision.

- **AgentOS merged into vault** (carried from 08-30 evening): `Tony_tech/personal-agent-os` imported ecosystem manual, decision log, project template, index, STATUS, scaffolding READMEs; pushed to private `Tony_tech/obsidian-vault`. Reference clone kept at `~/Documents/AgentOS/` (public — consider private/deleting).

|
- **Vault drift pitfall observed:** RAG chunk counts disagree across STATUS.md (162), HOME.md (160), current-context.md (167), and the merged index (219/38). Logged as a reusable lesson.
|
|
|
|
