Note on the block: the gym moved to noon, which removed the morning arrival-report trigger. The block opened on Tony's "I'm at the desk" text instead — the mechanism worked without the gym. Worth remembering: the trigger is "I'm at the desk", not the workout.
Decided today
- GBP primary category changed from General contractor to Deck builder — the single biggest lever on local ranking. Executed on day one.
- Profile description and services filled in; hours (Mon–Fri 9–5) confirmed with Larry and already live.
- Yelp's number is correct. The vault's "wrong number 530-344-1504" claim was false; nothing to fix.
- CSLB licence #336956 confirmed: Sole Ownership, class B–General Building, issued 07/01/1977, expires 09/30/2028, bonded $25k via Western Surety, workers' comp exempt.
- Landline (530) 303-3950 confirmed alive by Tony → CSLB left as-is, item closed.
- Five check-ins a day now: 06:30 brief · 12:30 mid-day · 16:30 afternoon · 21:00 check-in · 21:30 knowledge debrief. Both new evening/midday ones are explicitly removable if they become noise.
- Knowledge base created —
[[30_Resources/AI-Knowledge-Base]]. A library, not a backlog: nothing filed there is a commitment. - The agent was renamed: Hermes Mentor (was Hermes Coach).
- Standing rule from Tony: verify what he mentions, especially news items. His word governs facts about himself; facts about the world get checked before they become inputs.
Learned
- Spent the evening getting familiar with GrokBot — his own answer to the debrief. Related to the Grok Bot Galaxy livestream he's booked for a bounded 3.5-hour dose on Sept 15–17. Nothing filed to 30_Resources/AI-Knowledge-Base yet — no concrete findings reported.
Drift
- Morning news with coffee at 06:48, day one. Named in the moment, not forbidden — and no block time was lost to it. Logged as a flag, not a failure.
Open
- Larry: travel radius only. (Everything else he was asked is already answered — the interview transcript has him saying "I'd really like to do just decks. Decks only.")
- Email: the
larry@forward, the Hostinger allow list for form mail, and forwarding the old Gmail address — all given steps, none confirmed done. - WordPress admin: sitemap 404, missing Open Graph tags, schema
