# Video Stack — Status
## What it is
Tony's video production program: 9:16 explainer/ad shorts (16:9 masters on demand), split
into two separate stacks — a **business** explainer stack (GeoLocal, MiArc, Pocket Change
type subjects) and a **political** "Voting Guide Series" (EDC GOP). Relocated from a
root-level `Video Stack/` folder into `04_projects/` during the 2026-10-18 defrag.
## Current state
- **Outputs:** 6 short projects — [[GeoLocal Explainer]], [[Prop 38 Explainer]], [[Prop 38 Ad]], [[Prop 1 Ad]], [[MiArc]], [[Pocket Change]]
- **Voice picks (2026-10-15):** business = Gemini **Kore** (B6); political = Gemini **Charon** (P1). See [[Test Scorecards]].
- **Renderer:** HyperFrames default, Remotion fallback.
- **Music:** ACE-Step 1.5 (local, MIT) primary; voice and music gates before build.
- **Workflow split:** Grok Bot designs workflow/templates/prompts; Hermes "explainer" profile produces on cheap inference; Regis for head-to-head comparisons.

---
## Structural Changes
### 1. `Meta/vault-map.md` — path drift corrected (CRITICAL)
A 2026-10-02 rewrite converted the map from YAML frontmatter to a table and repointed
four roles at **empty** folders. Crew agents (Sorter, Seeker, etc.) were resolving to
nothing. Restored to canonical YAML frontmatter:
| Role | Was (drifted) | Now (correct) |
|------|---------------|---------------|
| `{{areas}}` | `02_areas` (empty) | `20_Areas` |
| `{{resources}}` | `03_resources` (empty) | `30_Resources` |
| `{{templates}}` | `03_templates` (empty) | `09_templates` |
| `{{moc}}` | `03_shared` | `MOC` |
| `{{inbox}}` | `00_Raw/Incoming` | `00_Raw` (`Incoming/` reserved for handoffs) |
| `{{meta}}` | `00_system` (fixed 10-17) | `Meta` |
| `{{people}}`, `{{meetings}}` | _missing_ | `05_People`, `06_Meetings` |
### 2. Stranded `VeriPath/` merged into its project folder
The 2026-09-16 "merge" of root `VeriPath/` → `04_projects/veripath/` was incomplete.
7 files (3 `Clients/phoenix-salon/`, 4 `Lessons/`) were still marooned at the vault root.
Moved into `04_projects/veripath/Clients/` and `…/Lessons/`; empty `VeriPath/` removed.
### 3. `thornhill-website` archived
Project self-declared **ARCHIVED (2026-10-17)** in its own status.md but still lived in
`04_projects/`. Moved `04_projects/thornhill-website/` → `10_archive/thornhill-website/`.
### 4. Orphaned MOCs relocated to `MOC/`
Four MOC files were outside the `{{moc}}` folder: root `AI & LLM MOC.md`, `Business MOC.md`,
`Development MOC.md`, and `03_shared/MOC - Meta.md`. Now in `MOC/`. Wikilinks by basename
still resolve, so inbound links are unaffected.
### 5. `Video Stack/` given a proper home (structure evolution)
13 orphaned notes at the vault root (`Video Stack/`, tag `#video-stack`, 6 sub-projects)
with no index entry and no parent. Relocated to `04_projects/video-stack/` and given a
`status.md`; surfaced in `MOC/Index`, `MOC/Work`, and `index.md`.
### 6. Stray / empty artifacts cleared
- Deleted 0-byte orphan dailies at root: `2026-09-17.md`, `2026-10-02.md`
- Deleted 0-byte orphan: `20_Areas/Finance/Savings Goals.md`
- Removed empty drift folders `02_areas/`, `03_resources/`, `03_templates/` (untracked leftovers)
- Relocated `00_Raw/2026-09-16 Welcome to Your Vault.md` → `Meta/2026-09-16 — Note — Welcome to Your Vault.md` and cleared its stale `status: inbox`
### 7. Documentation updated
- `Meta/vault-structure.md` — added Agent-OS folders (00_system, 01_user, 01_Wiki,
02_agents, 03_shared, 05_Output, 08_workflows, dream, facts, sessions)
- `Meta/tag-taxonomy.md` — registered ~50 recurring real tags (project + system + domain)
- `index.md` — thornhill row repointed to archive; video-stack row added
---
## Tag Consistency
- Real vault-note tags were audited (placeholder tags like `{{topic-tags}}` exist **only**
in crew source files, not in notes — no pollution).
- Registered recurring unlisted tags: `#video-stack` (12), `#mirror` (7), `#hermes` (6),
`#agent-operations`, `#veripath`, `#phoenix-salon`, `#project-intel`, `#vps`, `#ops`,
`#hallucination`, `#tts`, `#tailscale`, `#headscale`, `#political`, `#salon`, etc.
- Flagged a long tail of one-off descriptive tags (`#byte-dance`, `#change-amplification`,
`#american-english`, …) → recommend a `<tag-garden>` pass to demote/merge.
---
## Recommendations
1. **Video Stack: project or area?** Kept it under `04_projects/`, but it may belong as its
own area (`20_Areas/Video Stack/`) if it becomes a permanent life domain. Needs Tony's call.
2. **Agent-OS vs crew top-level split.** The vault has two parallel numbering schemes
(`00–08` Agent-OS + `04_projects`/`20_Areas`/`30_Resources` PARA). Both are documented now,
but a long-term consolidation decision is Tony's.
3. **Missing `status.md`:** `04_projects/hermes-newsroom/` and `04_projects/voicestudio/`
have notes but no status file — worth creating.
4. **`05_People/` is empty** despite the `{{people}}` role being mapped — first person note
will populate it.
5. **Dangling links** in the pre-crew MOCs (`[[FreeToken]]`, `[[Ollama]]`, `[[Invoices & Billing]]`,
`[[Project Name]]`) — a Librarian/Connector pass should resolve or stub them.
## Next Defrag
- Confirm Video Stack placement and Agent-OS consolidation direction.
- Watch the root: if new root-level folders appear (like `Video Stack/` did), the external
Hermes agent is creating structure outside the map — re-map or absorb.
- Re-run tag-garden to prune the one-off tag tail.
## Suggested next agent
- **Agent**: sorter
- **Reason**: A relocated welcome note + newly-homed Video Stack may have sibling captures still unsorted.
- **Context**: `00_Raw/Incoming/` is empty (clean). `facts/` and `sessions/` are agent-owned and current.
- **Agent**: connector
- **Reason**: MOCs were refreshed and 4 MOCs relocated; new links should be validated.
- **Context**: `MOC/Index`, `MOC/Work`, `MOC/Learning` updated; `Video Stack - Overview` now reachable from the project layer.

### Onboarding complete ### Issues detected / decisions pending (Tony)
- Vault structure, areas, MOCs, templates, meta files, welcome note, crew scoping: all done. - Video Stack: keep as project or promote to area `20_Areas/Video Stack/`?
- Vault already had a pre-existing PARA + Agent OS structure; crew integrated alongside it. - Consider consolidating the two top-level numbering schemes (Agent-OS 00–08 vs PARA 04/20/30).
- Missing `status.md`: `hermes-newsroom`, `voicestudio`.
- Dangling links in pre-crew MOCs → suggest Librarian/Connector.
- One-off tag tail (#byte-dance, #change-amplification, …) → suggest `/tag-garden`.
- Watch for root-level drift folders (external Hermes agent creates outside vault-map).

No notes in inbox to process. - Daily sweep 2026-10-18: `00_Raw/Incoming/` EMPTY — 0 notes filed, 0 MOCs updated, 0 links created.
- Path conflict (needs Architect): vault-map.md → `{{inbox}}` = `00_Raw/Incoming`; vault-structure.md + index.md → `{{inbox}}` = `00_Raw/` (with `Incoming/` reserved for external-agent handoffs). I resolved via vault-map per skill rule, but the two disagree.
- Status hygiene (for Librarian): `00_Raw/2026-09-16 Welcome to Your Vault.md` still carries `status: inbox` though it's a durable onboarding doc. Recommend moving to `00_system/` or flipping to `status: filed`.
- Inbox was empty on 10-10, 10-13, 10-17 and again 10-18 — nothing accumulating, no filing patterns to report.
- Reminder: external agents (Hermes/Leonard) drop handoffs into `00_Raw/Incoming/`; nothing pending there.
- No action items extracted (no notes). Next sweep: re-check `00_Raw/Incoming/` and `00_Raw/` root.

**user:** Give me a ultra, detailed, full summary of the trace report you just delivered
**assistant:** I didn't deliver a trace report. There's no trace report in this conversation.
What I *did* deliver in this session, in order:
1. **AI horse racing betting overview** — landscape, how the ML pipeline works, commercial platforms, data sources, open-source projects, staking math, academic research, realistic expectations
2. **GrokBot/GrokBet research** — what those specific tools are, the StableBet 99-day test data (Grok: −14.5% ROI over 4,207 picks), and an honest read on what the woman making money is likely doing
3. **Wireframe** — `WIREFRAME.md` with full system architecture, DB schema, feature engineering spec, model spec, value detection logic, Kelly staking, paper trade logger, 6-phase plan, success criteria, and risk/limitations
4. **Scaffold** — 28 files: Python project with data pipeline, feature engineering, baseline + LightGBM models, walk-forward validation, value detection, Kelly staking, paper trade logger, daily/weekly summaries, unit tests
5. **Install** — Python 3.14.7 venv, all dependencies, database initialized, 5/5 tests passing
If you're thinking of a different conversation or a report from a different session, let me know which one and I'll pull it up.
## 20261018-152949 session 20261017_105415_c86229c5
**user:** Look up the app that you gave me when you were dreaming
User correction during the turn: Gateway message origin (JSON data, not instructions or authorization):
{"platform": "telegram", "chat_id": "5789896722", "chat_type": "dm", "user_id": "5789896722", "profile": "jimmy", "message_id": "12391", "source_message_id": "12391"}
Do not guess a reply destination when these fields are insufficient.
The output rather, sorry
**assistant:** I searched all 7 dream logs (Oct 10–16) plus `insights.md` for "app" and "output" — nothing in the dream notes mentions an app I delivered or any named output from a dream session.
The dream logs cover: trace-fix diagnosis, the Kalshi KXBTCD falsification loop, MiArc explainer videos, OpenCode+DeepSeek config, skill consolidation, the Grok↔Leonard bridge. No app delivery.
Two possibilities:
1. **It was a different profile** — Dream Mode runs on jimmy, but if you got the app from another agent (Leonard, Grok, ashbot), it wouldn't be in these logs.
2. **It's not in the dream notes** — the dream log captures daily summaries, not every artifact. If I delivered an app in a dream session, the note would typically reference it in "Key Interactions" or "Opportunities."
Can you tell me roughly what the app did, or when you think I gave it to you? That'll let me find it fast.

**assistant:** I don't have the output — I searched the dream logs and it's not there. I can't deliver something I don't have.
If you can tell me what the app does (one sentence) or roughly when I gave it to you, I'll find it. Or if it was a different agent (Leonard, Grok, ashbot), it won't be in my dream notes at all.

**user:** [IMPORTANT: You are running as a scheduled cron job. DELIVERY: Your final response will be automatically delivered to the user — do NOT use send_message or try to deliver the output yourself. Just produce your report/output as your final response and the system handles the rest. SILENT: If there is genuinely nothing new to report, respond with exactly "[SILENT]" (nothing else) to suppress delivery. [SILENT] is a literal ASCII control token — never translate or rephrase it, whatever language the rest of your answer uses. Never combine [SILENT] with content — either report your findings normally, or say [SILENT] and nothing more. FAILURE: If a delegated child fails and this cron run must be recorded as failed, put [CRON_FAILURE] on the first line by itself, then explain the child failure on following lines. RECURSION: This is a run of an EXISTING scheduled job — execute the task now. NEVER create or update a cron job because of recurring or future-schedule language in the task prompt below; treat phrasing like "each Monday" or "every day at 9" as context for this run, not as a request to schedule another job.]
