Video Stack — Status
What it is
Tony's video production program: 9:16 explainer/ad shorts (16:9 masters on demand), split
into two separate stacks — a business explainer stack (GeoLocal, MiArc, Pocket Change
type subjects) and a political "Voting Guide Series" (EDC GOP). Relocated from a
root-level Video Stack/ folder into 04_projects/ during the 2026-10-18 defrag.
Current state
- Outputs: 6 short projects — GeoLocal Explainer, Prop 38 Explainer, Prop 38 Ad, Prop 1 Ad, MiArc, Pocket Change
- Voice picks (2026-10-15): business = Gemini Kore (B6); political = Gemini Charon (P1). See Test Scorecards.
- Renderer: HyperFrames default, Remotion fallback.
- Music: ACE-Step 1.5 (local, MIT) primary; voice and music gates before build.
- Workflow split: Grok Bot designs workflow/templates/prompts; Hermes "explainer" profile produces on cheap inference; Regis for head-to-head comparisons.
