# NORTH_STAR — geolocal.io
## Vision
Enable independent local businesses (the 98%+ long tail ignored by big platforms) to be discovered, tell their story, showcase visuals, and complete bookings/payments seamlessly through agentic AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
We act as the invisible MCP infrastructure layer so business owners and their agencies/CoCs never have to manage the complexity.
## Core Goals (aligned with Hermes principles)
1. Channel AI intelligence reliably into local commerce processes.
2. Ensure efficient, accurate, affordable context for agents.
3. Enable natural language direction for partners and businesses.
## Key Principles
- Users (businesses, agencies, CoCs) interact with us like a high-performing black-box employee — no internals management.
- Optimize for trust, low friction, and long-term reliability over raw capability.
- Every decision (tech, GTM, pricing, data) evaluated against this North Star.
This document is the single source of truth. All other docs in investors/, legal/, engineering/, and gtm/ must reference and align with it.
