refactor: remove cross-document redundancies

- Delete docs/gtm/Market Data & Analysis.md (exact duplicate of investors copy)
- Add source references to Partner One-Pager and Sales playbook
  pointing to canonical Market Data & Competitive Intelligence files
- Mark early-thinking/ files as historical/superseded with mapping table
- Remove deleted file from GTM section README inventory
