Root REVIEW.md synthesizes geo-lead structure + SEO Desk research
flags (lanes, fan-out ceiling, platform confirm/flag table, weak
contradictions). Mechanical README map + BUSINESS_PLAN branch label
for planning-selfserve-audit. No product contradictions closed.
