Summary

Closes #76 (SETTINGS-35).

Settings UI: assign $/bdft per species leaf (children of Species grouper by slug species, never hardcoded store ids)
Taxonomy sync: map Woo REST parent → parent_id; upsert categories so slab FKs survive re-sync
Tests: parent map, FK-safe sync, TV-8 0.96 × 12.50 → 12.00, Playwright mock e2e
UAT on 5060: Test Woo hierarchy restored, 8 species leaves, save rate Black Walnut $12.50, review suggestion 18.4×12.50=230; sample data preserved
