Product state induced

Inventory PNG crop fill is 90% at the widest and tallest points (was 80%). Less empty margin in the 3:4 frame.

Spec write-back

Update and (and any FILL=0.8 constants in , overlay map, tests).

Dishonest proxies

UI copy only; still encoding at 0.8.

Done when

TDD green; constants + docs say 90%; ships with overnight redeploy.
