Acceptance

  • Second copy of calibration inventory PNG with black length dim (right of wood in axis-space) and width dims every 12 in starting 6 in from EXIF-oriented bottom along approved length axis (stations ≤ L−6).
  • Arrows touch slab edges; text/lines black and legible.

Dishonest proxies

  • Overlay on raw photo; upright-photo axes ignoring approved length axis; stations from tip-inclusive 6 in samples.

Done when

Unit tests + visual assert path green.
