Acceptance

  • Mask → Length axis → Measure runs on the chosen calibration photo only.
  • M1 numbers (widths/sqft/bdft/scale) and clean inventory PNG behave as CAPTURE.md.

Dishonest proxies

  • Re-running full M1 UI on every batch photo.

Done when

TDD green; M1 contract unchanged for the reference shot.

Done on m2-ds.

  • test: d2ffa4c — proving Mask/Axis/Measure/Calculate on pick N≠0; batch siblings untouched; resume through measure
  • feat: 8ff008f — lock single-source M1 path; PNG fallback image/png

cd frontend && npm test — 41 pass.

Next: #62 apply mask/crop to other batch shots.
