Branch: poc (from gate-b after Gate B accepted)

Sprint: POC · Order 14/16 · Depends on: Gate C acceptance (#33–#38)

Acceptance (IMPL-PLAN): Host inventory pass; compose health with test-woo ok and inference disabled; backup creates WAL-safe backup with retention; restore tested at least once.

Test-SPEC case IDs: OPS-2, OPS-3, OPS-4, OPS-5

Same-PR tests: Tests-with-code — ops/deployment shell scripts. Port scan, Caddy check, DNS resolve; curl health + test-woo; backup/restore with retention; full restore cycle with health assertion.

In scope:

INVENTORY.md filled: APP_HOST, APP_HOSTNAME, ports verified free, Caddy location confirmed, DNS reachable from phone on LAN/Tailscale
Compose health: GET https://.../api/health ok; test-woo ok with species populated; woo_create_status=draft; inference disabled
Backup: deploy/backup.sh creates WAL-safe .backup of slab.db and tar of images volume; retention 7 daily + 4 weekly
Restore: stop compose → restore DB + untar images → start compose → health ok; tested at least once

Out of scope:

UAT, instrumentation, E2E browser matrix, inference

Done when / evidence: Shell scripts green for OPS-2, OPS-3, OPS-4, OPS-5. Evidence path in commit message.
