Branch: poc (from gate-b after Gate B accepted)

Sprint: POC · Order 10/16 · Depends on: Gate C acceptance (#33–#38)

Acceptance (IMPL-PLAN): Changing sensitivity slider immediately refreshes mask overlay without leaving screen or server round trip. Changing edge offset pulls cut in/out; feather changes alpha blend; sheet switch re-runs; all persisted in localStorage until reset.

Test-SPEC case IDs: UIE-9, UIE-10

Same-PR tests: Tests-with-code — Playwright E2E tests: slider → overlay update, no HTTP call; knob changes persist, reset.

In scope:

  • Changing sensitivity slider immediately refreshes mask overlay without leaving screen or server round trip

Superseded: design went to 1 knob (sheet + sensitivity) instead of the spec’s 4 (sheet, sensitivity, edge offset, feather). No localStorage persistence — params reset to defaults on reload. Mask is client-side worker only, no server round trip.
