Acceptance (IMPL-PLAN): Inference proxy endpoints: infer-taxon returns 202; infer-content returns 202 with test-inference ok; test-woo fails closed without crashing.

Test-SPEC case IDs: API-4, API-5, API-10

Same-PR tests: Tests-with-code — API contract tests with mocked inference. Infer-taxon returns 202; infer-content gated on test-inference ok; test-woo returns fail gracefully.

In scope:

POST /api/v1/slabs/{id}/infer-taxon returns 202 {status: inferring}; timeout > 45s returns 504
POST /api/v1/slabs/{id}/infer-content returns 202; requires test-inference ok; below-threshold Call 1 leaves fields empty
test-woo fails closed: missing credentials or non-HTTPS URL returns {ok: false, detail: ...} without crashing

Out of scope:

Call 1/Call 2 logic, taxonomy sync, settings UI, publish, capture

Done when / evidence: API contract tests green for API-4, API-5, API-10. Evidence path in commit message.

Verified in main @ 0c00d25 — implemented with a different design:

✅ 0.7 confidence gate (METADATA-45): below-threshold fields omitted (inference.py:424)
✅ test-woo fails closed: https check + WooCredentialsMissing → ok:false (woo.py:77, app.py:227)
⚠️ Endpoint design differs from spec: /slabs/{id}/inference/call1|call2 (synchronous) vs spec’s infer-taxon/infer-content (async 202). Timeout → 503/502 not 504.

Closing as superseded by different design.
