Acceptance (IMPL-PLAN): Species picker offers only Woo-synced species (after test-woo/sync). WOO_BASE_URL compose-only HTTPS. Taxonomy anchor stays on no-op sync, bumps on stored-subset change. test-woo always resyncs taxonomy.

Test-SPEC case IDs: GC-3, GC-4, W-3, W-4, W-5

Same-PR tests: Tests-with-code — API contract tests for GC-3 (test-woo returns ok, taxonomy populated), GC-4 (WOO_BASE_URL read-only, PUT 422); integration tests for W-3 (anchor unchanged on no-op, bumps on change), W-4 (test-woo resyncs taxonomy), W-5 (failed publish retry).

In scope:

POST /api/v1/settings/test-woo returns ok with populated taxonomy; always resyncs taxonomy on success
WOO_BASE_URL compose-only HTTPS; Settings GET returns read-only; PUT rejects write with 422
Taxonomy sync returns cached data; anchor unchanged on no-op; bumps only on stored-subset hash change
Failed publish: slab status failed, photos retained, sync_log written; retry from same screen → success → photos purged
Species picker offers only Woo-synced species

Out of scope:

Capture/knobs, calibrated upload, duplicate SKU recovery, inference, settings UI, review screen

Done when / evidence: API contract tests green for GC-3, GC-4; integration tests green for W-3, W-4, W-5. Evidence path in commit message.
