Sprint: Gate C · Order 2/6 · Depends on: GC-01

Acceptance (IMPL-PLAN): Length axis overlay + confirm; client sqft/bdft/6" widths displayed; ready-set gates block continue until full named set is filled.

Test-SPEC case IDs: UI-3, UI-4, UI-5

Same-PR tests: Tests-with-code — Playwright E2E tests alongside UI components. Axis rotation, live number update; ready-set gate with missing fields shows nudges.

In scope:

Length axis overlay: user rotates if skewed; samples and sqft update live; nearly-square slab picks length direction
Numbers entry: length 1/8" steps, thickness pick, SKU typed; computed sqft/bdft/widths displayed
Ready-set gates: SKU, length, thickness, sqft/bdft/widths, ≥1 PNG, species, wood category, edge, figure, grade, thickness band, moisture, price; inline nudges per empty required field

Out of scope:

Capture/knobs, calibrated upload, Woo create, inference, settings UI, review screen

Done when / evidence: Playwright E2E tests green for UI-3 (axis rotation, live number update), UI-4 (type inputs, assert computed output), UI-5 (attempt ready with missing fields, assert nudges). Evidence path in commit message.
