Branch: poc (from gate-b after Gate B accepted)

Sprint: Gate C · Order 1/6 · Depends on: none (Gate B conceptual prerequisite)

Acceptance (IMPL-PLAN): Online capture of 1–5 inventory photos; client sheet + four knobs inline on capture (live re-run, mask overlay on source photo); user confirm before measurement.

Test-SPEC case IDs: UI-1, UI-2

Same-PR tests: Tests-with-code — Playwright E2E tests alongside UI components. Knob change → overlay update without navigation; mask overlay visible with confirm/retake paths.

In scope:

  • Capture screen: select 1–5 photos, no airplane-mode requirement
  • Four inline knobs (sheet, sensitivity, edge offset, feather) with live re-run
  • Mask overlay on source photo with user confirm before measurement
  • Below-threshold edge after tuning → retake; no U2Net control in POC

Out of scope:

  • Length axis overlay, numbers entry, calibrated upload, Woo create, inference, settings UI

Done when / evidence: Playwright E2E tests green for UI-1 (knob change → overlay update, no navigation) and UI-2 (mask overlay visible, confirm/retake paths). Evidence path in commit message.
