- docs/ARCHITECTURE.md, DATA-MODEL.md, OPENAPI.md (deliverable #2),
CONTENT-WOO.md, DEPLOYMENT.md (deliverable #4), IMPL-PLAN.md
- README rewritten; .gitignore added
AGENTS.md pending Ty's approval (protected file write was blocked).
