docs: signed UX + PC browsers + UAT practice walk

Browse Source 
Replay local tip onto origin/docs/refactor-v2. Keeps remote UX-DESIGN
wireframes. Adds signed UX, browser matrix (phone+PC), and UAT-PRACTICE.
