## Rules that do not change
|
||||
|
||||
- Inference is optional. The full suite passes with inference OFF. Call 1/2 cases are gated after Gate C.
|
||||
- `bdft = sqft × thickness_in`. No divide-by-12. TV-3 proves the identity.
|
||||
- Client is authoritative for deterministic math; server stores client-sent numbers.
|
||||
- No new product locks in this document. All rules reference existing live docs or issue #19 substance.
