Ty 998e32e871 Point product workers at Primary Subagent on LAN :8083. 
Remove stale wwg3-worker/:8080 naming from agent rails; local product
work uses config model primary-subagent (display Primary Subagent).

Ty 8535f4a767 Require Grok orchestrator with local wwg3-worker for product work. 
Keep paid parent session coordinator-only; pin and document that all
implement/review/check subagents use the LAN wwg3-worker endpoint.
