 - MVP owner ↔ assistant channels: **WhatsApp, Email, Telegram**.  
 - Configured via **NemoClaw Hermes channel commands** (`nemohermes … channels add`, rebuild when required).  
 - Allowlists for who may talk to the bot.  
 - Owner never configures via host shell recipes in chat.
