Phoenix Salon + Spa — Owner Onboarding Pre-Work Sheet

Call: 15 min · screen share on (Apple step needs it) · owner's phone within reach (Apple may text/call) Source of truth: canonical-business-record-v0.1.1.json @ 3b04279 SOP: docs/operations/owner-onboarding-sop.md (v1.1)

1 · Canonical Read-Back (read aloud, one at a time)

Ask each: "Is this right, or do I have it wrong?" Log the spoken answer.

  • Name: Phoenix Salon + Spa (formerly La Mae Salon & Spa)
  • Address: 3460 Robin Ln, Suite 4, Cameron Park, CA 95682
  • Phone: (530) 350-9197
  • Website: phoenixcameronpark.com
  • Hours — read slowly:
    • Monday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
    • Tuesday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
    • Wednesday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
    • Thursday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
    • Saturday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
    • Sunday: Closed
  • Booking: By appointment only (Vagaro)
  • Category: Beauty salon / spa

If she corrects anything → that value wins. Update the canonical record BEFORE the Apple step.

2 · Current Problems (plain language — say, don't show)

  • Apple Maps is wrong: it shows the shop open 10 AM6 PM every day, including Sunday. It's not even the right open time and it claims we're open Sunday. We'll fix that in about three minutes on screen share.
  • The website is wrong: the machine-readable hours embedded in the site say we close at 7 PM (MonFri) / 5 PM (SatSun) and that we're open Sunday. That's what feeds search engines and AI assistants. We'll make a one-time fix to that — we don't control the site, so it's a one-time correction, not ongoing.
  • (Google and Bing are currently correct — no fix needed there.)

3 · Access Steps

3a — Google Business Profile manager invite (~2 min, she does it)

She's signed into her own Google account at business.google.com:

  1. Select Phoenix Salon + Spa
  2. Pencil icon → Edit business informationPeople and permissions
  3. Add people → paste this email: {VERIPATH_GBP_EMAIL}⚠️ FILL BEFORE CALL
  4. Role: Edit business info (explicitly not "Manage")
  5. Send

Say: "You keep full ownership. I get the smallest key that opens the door I need — edit info only, and you can pull it anytime." Revoke: same page → her account → Remove. One click.

3b — Apple Business Connect (screen share, ~3 min, she does it)

We can't do this for her — Apple gates it on identity.

  1. Screen share. She opens abc.apple.com, signs in to her Apple ID (create one if needed, ~1 min)
  2. Claim a business → search "Phoenix Salon + Spa" → select the listing
  3. Verify ownership — prefer video (fastest); phone-code is fallback; postcard = slow, log as pending
  4. Once claimed, set hours from the read-back values: MonSat 96, Sun closed — confirm each day on screen
  5. Say: "That was the one thing only you could do. It's done. If Apple's review lags a day or two, that's Apple — and we'll watch it."

Fallback if claim fails: Suggest an edit from Apple Maps on her listing → log pending, loop stays read-only on Apple until it lands.

3c — Website (no access grant)

One-time JSON-LD hours fix under existing Lovable access. Say: "We've fixed the hours markup. That was one-time — we don't control the site, and we're not pretending we do."

4 · Post-Call Checklist

  • Update canonical record if owner corrected anything (bump version, verified/tier_1, commit)
  • One-time Lovable JSON-LD hours fix (log it)
  • Re-run full audit pipeline + strict gate (hours finding should drop to Apple-only)
  • Generate + send trust receipt (include any gaps)
  • Start monitoring clock — daily × 30 days, then weekly (DR-002)

5 · Timing Log (fill during call)

P1 Frame 2 min ____
P2 Lock ground truth 5 min ____
P3a GBP invite 2 min ____
