## What this project is

Redesign track for Phoenix Salon + Spa’s website: Hallmark anti-slop structure **plus** Ashley’s vision as the emotional and visual filter.

## Why we are doing it

Live site has real strength (Ashley, services, prices, photos) inside a Lovable/AI template shell. First prototype fixed the shell (“less slop”) but felt cool/austere vs Ashley’s **warm, clean, safe, intentional** spa. v2 re-centers her brain dump.

### v2 design choices

| Structure | Keep anti-slop (no 3 equal steps, no Inter/white SaaS factory) |

## Operating rules

1. Gitea is the archive  
2. **No live deploy** without explicit approval  
3. Preview before publish  
4. Sensitive claims (e.g. weight, faith) need Ashley confirmation before public use  
5. Tony approves public-facing ship

- **v1** — Hallmark Split Studio, Cormorant/teal (less slop, not loved)  
- **v2** — Ashley vision filter (current `prototype/`)
