## 2026-07-16: Homepage v2 — Ashley vision filter
**Decision:** Rebuild `prototype/` as v2 driven by Ashley’s Gitea brain dump, not Hallmark structure alone.
**Rationale:** User liked v1 “less slop” but did not love it. v1 was anti-template; v2 must feel like Ashley: clean, safe, professional, warm, intentional; whole-person care; cream/gold/charcoal + Playfair; trust sentence first; Ashley early; no bird wallpaper; soft CTAs.
