Fleet snapshot (2026-09-26): 04_projects/veripath/fleet-2026-09-26.md Password changed. Session-end persistence is in place for Leonard, web app, and tunnel. Cold boot still needs one admin run of C:\Users\fight\AppData\Local\VeriPath\upgrade-to-s4u.ps1. Regis line parked. Web app stays on 127.0.0.1:8787.
