Core concepts

• Silent Customer Loss — acquisition problems the owner can't see: Customer Path Leakage (digital friction stops contact/booking) + Discovery Failure (search/AI can't find or represent the business).
• Service domains:
  • Customer Path Integrity — no preventable friction in find→trust→contact→book→visit.
  • AI Visibility Integrity (AEO + GEO) — facts extractable/parseable by answer engines & generative engines.
