Mentor log. Written from Tony's report where there was one.
no report — 12th consecutive day without communication. Last contact: Sept 14 (check-in restore). The 14-day Thornhill finish line (Sept 24) passed silent. Grok Bot Galaxy (Sept 15–17) appears to have been an absorption event — the block cadence never resumed after the weekend pause that preceded it. Nightly writer had a 3-day outage (Sept 21–23, OpenCode 403); notes exist for 8 of the 12 days.

- 12-day silence. The mentor cannot course-correct if Tony does not report. All five check-in jobs ($morning-brief, midday, afternoon, evening, knowledge-debrief) have been running daily Mon–Fri with no responses. The drift model is blind: no data to distinguish "intentionally disengaged" from "life happened" from "lost interest in the arrangement."

- The 14-day Thornhill deadline is now 2 days past due. No completion, no extension request, no communication. The Veripath binary call (Oct 10) is 14 days away with nothing prepared.
- The arrangement is in limbo. Tony asked for a mentor. The mentor is running every check-in and every nightly note. But a mentor without a reporting cadence is a journal, not a coach. The next meaningful action is Tony's — a text, a check-in reply, anything.
