Athena Oracle rendered + deploy blocked on SSH. Pipeline ran fully locally: 99 ingested, 31 summarized, 4 HTML variants (_preview/{default,brief,devops,research}/) + site/ai-news-daily/index.html (12KB, 50 stories). Deployment to preprod1.afterthedemo.com is blocked because ALL remote access is down — VPS SSH local-vps-reference:22 firewalled (times out), Tailscale 100.64.0.1:22 times out, all users/auth rejected. Gitea (:80/443) + headscale (:8443) still reachable (VPS alive, only SSH blocked).
VPS SSH rate-limit pitfall: >3 failed connect attempts within a period tripped the firewall and blocked the IP. Logged as a reusable lesson — don't loop SSH attempts; ask Anthony to add an SSH key or open the port.
Deploy path alternatives: Anthony adds ~/.ollama/id_ed25519.pub/~/ssh-keys/vps-deploy.pub to hermes-leonard, or temporarily opens port 22, or deploy via Gitea Pages / webhook.

athena-oracle: status updated — deployment blocker recorded (render done, SSH blocked, options + SSH rate-limit warning).
thornhill-website: no change this cycle (SEO pass still with Leonard; deployment still awaiting DNS/sudo decision).
