[ENV] After `hermes update`, restart long-running Hermes processes (session, gateway): a pre-update process keeps stale sys.modules, so `from <module> import <name-added-by-update>` fails as "cannot import name X from Y" citing a file that DOES define X. `cronjob action='run'` runs in the CALLING session's tree, not the gateway.
