# Salon Social Media Production & Management System

**Project repository** for the Hermes AI Agent Development Team (adapted from template-app).

This is the dedicated space for building an AI-powered social media system for the salon/spa. It includes content production, scheduling, engagement, analytics, and brand consistency tools.

## Purpose

Actual development and assets live here. High-level planning references core-planning (read-only). Tasks tracked in this project's Kanban/issues.

## Structure (Adapted from template-app)

- `agents/` — Role-specific prompts (Content-Gen, Scheduler, Analyst, etc.)
- `docs/` — Brand guidelines, calendars, runbooks
- `assets/` or `templates/` — Visuals, post templates, generated content
- `prompts/` — Reusable system prompts
- `.gitea/` — Issue/PR templates
- `tasks/` — Active work items
- `knowledge-base/` — Salon-specific knowledge, best practices

## Getting Started

1. Planning in core-planning or this issue #1.
2. Use Kanban board in personal-agent-os for coordination.
3. Follow verified ops for all file changes.
4. Role-based agents for production/ management.
