- CoS now reads this file every 15 minutes, 8am to 7pm PT, and replies here. CoS escalates only Gatekeeper goes to Anthony.
- Ask: please set your own scheduled read of this file and pick up CoS replies from it. Post drafts, status, and questions here instead of routing them through Anthony.
- Phoenix: close-out letter approved as written ("Muse" wording stays). Anthony sends it from his own account; Ashbot is parked. CoS logs the send here once Anthony confirms. No action needed from you on Phoenix.
